Re: What condoments are ok?
Hi
I am not sure what you mean as condiments but maybe this section ofthe allowed foods list will help you decide
The above plus salt and pepper should give you plenty of variety to flavour your food!Spices
All spices to taste, but make sure none contain added sugar.
Herbs
basil
garlic
rosemary
cayenne pepper
ginger
sage
cilantro
oregano
tarragon
dill
pepper
thyme
For salad dressing, use oil and vinegar (but not balsamic vinegar, which contains sugar) or lemon juice and herbs and spices. Prepared salad dressings without added sugar and no more than two carbs per tablespoon serving are also fine.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Mustard is also fine. Well check labels but the mustard I use is "legal".Maggie(F) age 31

Like Maggie said, check the labels. As long as all the ingredients listed are legal you'll be fine.
Another one I like is Frank's Hot Sauce. Mix it with melted butter and you have the recipe for original hot wings. There's also a one carb ketchup that's very good, but it's hard to find sometimes.Restarted January 17, 2007
