    why do i feel so weak on day 6?I feel fine eating nice delicious low carb meals but what is so hard is to feel so weak and on the 6 or 7 day of induction should i feel more energy by then? PLease help. thank u

      Can you give us an overview of what you're eating, and what kind of exercise and sleep you're getting? That might reveal something that an experienced member could use to help you out.

      It's worth noting that it may have nothing to do with being on induction. Might have a cold coming on... could be part of your hormonal cycle... maybe you're pushing it hard at work or at the gym...

      ... but it would help to have a bit more information.

        Hi Tweety I havent got my DANDR here at work but Dr Atkins did cover this aspect I am sure.
        How 'lowcarb' are you eating? If you feel weak you might need to make sure you are having close to your 20 net carbs, made up mainly of veggies.
        Another thing is supplements - are you taking those too?
        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
