what's with the virtual frown? i don't think it's realistic for us to keep expecting a steady loss of weight in the first few weeks post-induction. i believe that our bodies are adjusting to the new WOE and exercise. please stay in the game - you WILL succeed - we WILL succeed - if we keep going!

Re: so blue
A lot of people experience a little hiatus after induction where their body has to catch up with the weight that it lost in those two weeks before it continues on. Don't give up though, it'll work (isn't heidi's tummy proof enough for ya??).

Re: so blue
Congratulations on your loss
You have lost nearly a quarter of the weight you want to lose already - great going!
Are you moving on to OWL now or staying on induction for a week or two more before starting the great OWL experiment?Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Re: so blue
Is there anything in particular about the structure that you're having trouble with? For instance, are you eating the same thing every day? Depending on what you're struggling with will make all the difference in people giving you suggestions to helping you get over the slump.

Re: so blue
The amount of water in you system can be up periodically, resulting in an apparent gain on the scales. This is not to be considered a gain, as it can go away as quickly as it appeared. Things such as your monthly cycle can do this, as can meds, hormones, sudden increase of exercise, a very salty meal....
Don't let the scales make you crazy! Keep a chart to monitor the trend over time, it will be a better indicator of your progress, and take your measurements, too.~Susan
