Nitrate free bacon?

Hello everyone!

Okay I absolutely love bacon and I'm having a hard time finding nitrate free bacon. I've gone on line to look and although I have seen some that are nitrate free they have been cured with sea salt and brown sugar. I live in NYC. Does anyone know which stores carry the nitrate free bacon? I'm asking because I can eat bacon everyday with no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I get Oscar Meyer smoked Uncured Bacon at Wal-mart. Ingredients: Pork, Water, Sea salt, Evaporated Cane Juice, Celery Powder, Lactic Acid Starter Culture. There are <1g sugars, but the cane juice is essentially sugar, so you may not be able to eat it. I don't have any problems with it, but I don't eat bacon every day either.

Do you have a Harris Teeter, Whole Foods, or Fresh Market near you? They all have nitrate free bacon.
