this morning i had SPLENDA in my usual Decaf Coffee and got the worst headache ever! i felt very queezy and yucky. anyone who uses Splenda, HAS IT EVER MADE YOU SICK? today is my 1st day of Induction and the 1st time ever using Splenda.

We've had members who have had bad reactions to Splenda: anything from not losing weight to a bad skin rash. Just remember Splenda, saccharin, Nutrasweet/aspartame and the sugar alcohols are ALL artificial. So these chemicals thrown together in a laboratory might cause bad reactions in different people.
