I know I don't need to be counting calories, but I'm not sure if I am I eating enough. I'm using FITDAY to track my meals and the end of the day I usually come in between 800-1100 calories. I don't feel like I can eat more than this because of the drastic decrease in my appetite. Is this ok?
today I ate:
breakfast: 1 scrambled egg made with 1 tbsp half & half and 1 tsp butter, 2 slices bacon, 1 coffee with 2 tsp Splenda and 1 tbsp half & half
lunch: 2 cups salad, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 tomato, 1 tbsp blue cheese dressing, and 3.5oz. filet mignon
snack: 1oz. cheddar cheese
dinner: 3oz. filet mignon with 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 tomato
I sometimes eat up to 4 eggs per day-this is actually a light day for me at 860 calories, but I'm not hungry! Hey I'm not complaining
Also...how bad is caffeine? This is the first day I've had coffee, but I can take it or leave it.
