    My protein percentage was a little high today.. 49%.. is that alright? It's kinda hard to get everything perfect.

    Add some fat! It doesn't take much fat to really change the percentages around. Excess protein will be converted to glucose...and if your protein is that high and your carbs are on target, then your fat is too low. I know it's tough to get it right sometimes, but a little tweaking goes a long way. You can even put some different possibilities into your fitday before you actually eat it - to see what will help get your percentages more in line. Gotta love a diet where the answer is MORE FAT!

      i LOVE this about eating the Atkins way today is day 4 for me and i am using www.Fitday.com to keep track of my Percentages and its weird how you can be high one minute and eat some fat/like Butter on your Veggies and it changes everything...! I LOVE THAT...! i try to keep myself at 65% FAT - 30% PROTEIN - 5% CARBS... and that Fitday really helps me! you are Sooooooo right Kylie! YOU GOTTA LOVE A DIET WHERE THE ANSWER IS (MORE FAT)
