It's all about that pregnancy. It makes IR so much worse. How long ago did you have your baby and are you nursing. Many people find they can't lose anything while nursing. It might just take longer to see results now. You know this is a healthy way to eat, so keep at it. You will eventually see results.

I know it's frustrating. My son is 15 months old and I lost nothing until he started to wean. I also went on Metformin ER, so I know that helped. Do you have PCOS? You might go in to your doctor, ask for a fasting insulin and a fasting glucose test. If your insulin resistant it will show up and you can see about getting on Metformin ER. Also, a supplement you can take while nursing would be cinnamon capsules. Are you able to exercise?

Maybe you could share some of your menus?

You know this works - you've done it first hand. Congrats on the 80 pounds in 3 months BTW - fantastic!! If you can get through to your body on this you'll succeed again. What is to gain from quitting? Are you going to lose weight doing that? NO.

I can not relate to the baby as my youngest are 12 y/o twins but I have been on Induction (very CLEAN) for 11 days and have not lost any weight or inches.

I am sticking it out an extra 7 days beyond the 14 and seeing what happens.
