I'm so excited that this site exists. I have done Atkins years ago only to fall off the wagon. I do know that this diet can be successful. The problem I’m having is that I really don't have an appetite, according to my BMR I should intake at least 3000 calories ( if I’m understanding this correctly.) I've had an Advantage shake this morning and hot wings for a snack. I'm about to go and make myself eat a salad or some sort of veggie. B/c I know that when I get home I'm not hungry so I won't eat. Now I do know that I can over carb that’s why I've gained so much weight b/c I was eating out every night. Now if I was eating the regular way (mainly carbs) I would have an appetite. I lost 18 pounds the first time I did the induction in 14 days. The habit of eating late at night also contributed to my weight gain. Any suggestions? I really need to lose this weight and I want to do Atkins.
