    I see that it has not carbs or sugar. But I could be missing something.

    Yes, in moderation. I am assuming you are talking about Pork Rinds? Yes they are legal, but need to be limited to a handful a day.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      I agree with the above regarding moderation. Being from the south, me and Porkrinds have an affinity for one another...but the reality is that they're pretty high in salt, and also tend to be empty calories in terms of their nutritive value (other than fat, which they have plenty of).

      As much as I like them, I try to use them in a very controlled fashion all the time, not just during induction.
