  • Done with induction

After two weeks of cooking (I never used to cook) and visiting friends who didn't want me to do Atkin's, i'm down 10 lbs. For a former candy addict, that's amazing. I used to eat an entire 1lb. box of mike and ikes in one sitting, and now i can pass by them in the store with no problems. This board has been a HUGE help in my staying on track and I'm looking forward to this way of life.

Congratulations on developing some new willpower! It feels great to be in control of yourself, doesn't it?

Welcome to the Board - make sure you ask if you have any questions. There are lots of experts here.
