Okay, so I have been having samples here and there (rarely a whole serving, but occasionally a whole serving. Like once) of sugar free, 1 net carb Russell Stover candies. On Valentines Day, my second day of induction, I had a serving, and today I had a serving. Yet, the scale is still going down, and the little strip thingy says I'm still in ketosis. Does this mean it's okay to have sugar alcohols?
Also, I've been fighting back the urge to cry since day three. Not that I'm sad, or happy, or anything, but every little thing makes me want to cry. Anyone else had this happen in ketosis?
Also, mix-ins. I like to add green tea mix-ins or raspberry ice stuff to my water. I've read several things on these mix-ins, and it seems that they still count as water. No sugar, no fat, no calories, no nothing, so wouldnt it essentially count as flavored water? Its all I drink, so I take in about 100 ounces of the stuff a day. No soda, ever (well, except that I did have one cup of Sierra Mist Free today. First time in a while).
Hopefully one day, I won't have as many questions. Sorry about that, guys. Hope everyone is doing well.
