  • Pork Chops!

Hello... I joined a couple of days ago, still learning, and unfortunately do not have time to search right now, but I'm hoping for an answer as quickly as possible... when it comes to pork chops with fat and rind, am I supposed to eat the whole thing, or remove fat and rind. I think it stays on, but not sure. Sorry to be in such a rush

    No need to apoligise.

You need to keep the fat and rind on as you need to eat the fat. Breakdown of your daily intake should read as follows -

    65% fat
    30% Protein
    5% carbohydrate.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

FANTASTIC!!!!! I am loving this diet so far - eating all the "naughty things" you shouldn't eat before!!

      Thankyou for your reply !

OMG Richt - I checked my daily food outcome at Fitday (yes, already eaten the chops - it's 11 p.m. here), and my results for today were........

        67% fat
        30% protein
        3% carbs

I should stick to today's food forever with that score, hey (even if I do say so myself! )
