  • I'm starting today!

    Hi All... Today is the day for me. I will walk on my 15 minute break and my half hour break here at work.


    Today I will be eating:

    Breakfast:
    2 hard boiled eggs and 3 slices of bacon

    Snack:
    1.5 oz of cheadar cheese
    3 pepperoni sticks

    Lunch:
    2 boneless pork chops and broccoli


    The rest of the day I have not figured out yet...

    oh yea lots and lots of water...

    So how does this sound?

      Oh yes


      I will have a nice salad at dinner tonight to get my veggies, I am going tog et a cup of decaf coffee at lunch, I am freezing, 2 splenda x-cream!

      I have chewed 1 piece of 0 carb sugarless gum

        Hi Leah,

        Be careful with that gum! That can cause stalls in some people. Make sure you count the carbs with your Decaf coffee, believe it or not coffee has carbs in it. Also, check the ingredients in your pepperoni sticks...they may or may not have hidden sugars in them, there aren't many that I've found do not have sugar (ending with clouse, trose, those kind of things.). Broccoli good, don't forget your other 2 cups of lettuce either!
