Hi All... Today is the day for me. I will walk on my 15 minute break and my half hour break here at work.
Today I will be eating:
Breakfast:
2 hard boiled eggs and 3 slices of bacon
Snack:
1.5 oz of cheadar cheese
3 pepperoni sticks
Lunch:
2 boneless pork chops and broccoli
The rest of the day I have not figured out yet...
oh yea lots and lots of water...
So how does this sound?
