That's right folks, basically 1lb for every day of induction! I'm very, very happy to see the results on the scale, but what I don't understand is that I have yet to feel it in my clothing
I "feel" a bit thinner, but my clothing still fits the same. I never did take measurements, I know, I'm a bad girl, but I just figured once I started seeing a drop on the scale I'd start feeling my clothing getting looser and I'd know the inches were going too. I also haven't done really any actual "exercise". Last week I spent the week tearing down wallpaper in our hallway, both walls and ceiling, and trust me that felt like exercise to me!
Has anyone else ever experienced a drop in weight, but no change in the way clothes feel?
