1. Has anyone ever felt nauseated in the first few days?
2. When is it ok to start exercising?
1. Yes I have, I believe they call it induction flu. It goes away just give it time. I had such a bad headache and felt like I was in another world for about 5 days, but after thats its alot easier.
2. I guess this really depends on how you feel. I personally waited a week and then I took it easy, and still do, but it also becomes easier the more you do it.
I agree with Monroe - feeling nauseous in the first couple of days is normal as your body deals with leftover carbs and sugar. Also, for some, and me certainly, I was eating more fat than normal which took a while to get used too. Also, fat needn't be greasy, you can eat mayo, avocado, olives and cheese to up your fat intake, rather than fried everything.
As for exercise, the sooner you do it, the sooner you'll feel good! But waiting until induction flu is gone is fine. it's up to you

Im still a newbie, on day 9 of induction.. but from my experience so far:
1. I felt a bit nauseous the first day and about half of day 2. It is normal like everyone says, and it will definently pass... and you will end up feeling better than ever!
2. I started excersising at the end of day 2- Just bcuz I had the energy to. Everybody is different, and if you need to wait a bit thats fine, but the sooner the better
