    Hi

    Im going to make Mock Danish, i found the receipe on another post. It says to use 1 packet of Splenda. I could only find tubs of splenda in Tesco's. How much does 1 packet contain??

    I think it is a teaspoon. Does it say on the tub what a serving is? Sorry I wasn't more help. Yes it is induction friendly just remember to count your sweetning servings

      Here is a table I found
      16 tablespoons = 48 teaspoon = 24 packets
      12 tablespoons = 36 teaspoon = 18 packets
      8 tablespoons = 24 teaspoon = 12 packets
      5.33 tablespoons = 16 teaspoon = 8 packets
      4.66 tablespoons = 14 teaspoons = 7 packets
      4 tablespoons = 12 teaspoon = 6 packets
      2 tablespoons = 6 teaspoon = 3 packets
      2 teaspoon = 1 packet

          Thanx for that table Elizellen, that will come in handy!

          I made the Mock Danish, but i didnt like it, it was too sweet. So i gave it to my baby and he loved it!

          Im going to attempt a cheese cake next, could someone point me in the direction of a induction friendly receipe plz

            That's interesting, Carmen as I find most USA-type recipes are too sweet for me and usually halve any sweetener amounts given when I follow them.
