Hi

Ive been using the ketostix a couple times a day, and i only manage to get dark pink, does purple mean you are burning more fat? if so how do i get it to go purple?

Im sticking to the book to the letter and drinking almost 3 litres of water each day.

21 F , First Mini Goal 28th April to weigh 266 for a friends wedding.

Andy My partner doing atkins with me, 29 M First mini goal 188 for friends wedding at the end of april.

Most pharmacies and drug stores carry them - you may have to look in the diabetic supply area....

Goal - To wear 'those' jeans (ya know - the ones in the back of the closet, hidden under a winter coat)

I bought mine in my local Lloyds Pharmacy...I'm sure Boots do them too, or could order them for you!
