My guess would be sugar or caffine withdraw I would also say give it 2-3 days. I never had anything like this thou. Could it be not from the diet: but maybe close to your time of month? not trying to be funny here I started my TOM after only 5 days on adkins I NEVER HAVE regular cycles.

Took me about two weeks for them to go away. Withdrawl from sugar and caffine wasn't fun for me...or my family for that matter!

        Re: irritable, nasty, tired, etc

Glad you asked because already on the first day I've had a headache all day and feel a little blue and irritated. I've never eatten a lot of sugar, I'm already a Splenda gal, but caffeine on the otherhand. *ugh*

I'm always irritable and nasty... but I think that's more of a life choice than directly related to this WoL... I think it's like, 4 days for induction flu, but I'm not sure if that's caffeinated...

LOL! Yeah, my hubby prob'ly wonders if I've been on induction for 7 years now Thanks for the 4 days hope - I'll stick it out regardless, but looking forward to feeling normal again! (such as it is!)

Definitely withdrawl from sugar or caffeine. I'm going through that right now. The last time it went away within a week, but I wasn't as addicted to caffeine as it is now, so I'm probably going to have to deal with this for a lot longer. I'm also getting those headaches that you get when you do everything so drastically.
