  • Need your input....

    Today i had induction friendly pancakes atleast i pray they were induction friendly. 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 egg, cinnamon - mixed together and made like pancakes.

    And for dinner I decided to experiment. If you don't hear from me tomorrow that means my cooking has killed me . 1/4 cup fettucini sauce - 3 carbs, dash of salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika -baked on chicken wings. I was at a loss for ideas lol. I hope this comes out ok.

    Any thoughts?

    Yes - the pancakes were perfect for induction.
    Your recipe sounds great - how did it turn out?
    Depending what was in the fettucini sauce it might be 'legal' or not, so check the ingredients as well as the carb counts!

      Sounds good. I agree with Elizellen. Check out the sauce to see what is in it. It sounds delicious. One of the things that helped me was experimenting with new ways of cooking foods and keeping my menus from getting boring. You're on the right track. This woe can be enjoyable as long as you continue to get excited over the many foods that are available. Thank goodness for the many spices that can jazz up our foods!!

        Well I'm still alive, it turned out very good. My bf was begging me for some of my dinner last night he said it smelt soooooo good. The alfredo sauce has 3 carbs in it for 1/4 cup!!
