I can't find anything in my Atkins book on Herbal Teas.
Since I'm not having coffee, I'd like to have something hot so how about some Chamomile? Are there any no's for herbal tea?
I don't see any calories, carbs nothing in them.
I have a box of Apple Cinnamon Spice and the nutritional label has all "0's".
    Any advice?
Thanks for all the help I'm getting.

    Re: herbal tea

It should be fine as long as you count any sweeteners you use as some of your 3 servings a day
    From the allowed list

herb tea (without barley or any fruit sugar added)

    and later in DANDR
You must drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of pure water daily. This can be filtered, mineral or spring water (not seltzer). You may also have unlimited amounts of herbal tea (without sugar), but these do not count toward your total of eight glasses

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

            Re: herbal tea

I drink lots of tea. I like to mix it up with different flavors. My favorites right now are Stash brand, they have a few chocolaty and caramel flavors that really hit the spot.

Hmm...that's a really good idea. I do miss coffee (I occasionally still have a cup on the weekends) but while it's still kind of cold, a nice herbal tea with some cream sounds really yummy! Good call!

I happened up this tea being sold at a little knitting store, but I've seen the brand in some of the larger chain stores, also.
I've tried several brands of tea that claimed to be chocolaty, but they tasted just horrid. This particular brand pulls it off nicely. My two faves:
Chocolate Hazelnut tea, and the Creme Caramel tea.

                  YUM!!!

Thanks for telling me about Stash Tea.
I just ordered 8 different boxes!
                    YUMM
                    Can't wait to get them.
Gotta watch out tho for some of those dessert teas as they have sugar in them and you have to get decaf/caffeine free.
