Good, bad, indifferent? My family is ordering Chinese tonight and my daughter is sick so I'm thinking ordering with them is a good idea. It's hard to cook when you have a sick 1 1\2 year old on your hip. Could I eat steamed seafood with broccoli? (Shrimp, Scallops, Crab meat?) I wouldn't eat the whole thing, portion control and save the rest, but is it legal?

Re: Seafood?
Yes, seafood is absolutely legal. Most of the oriental vegetables are too. Ask them to be steamed with no sauce. If you can take your own butter that'd be great...or ask them if they have some. They can also stirfry the seafood/vegetables in oil, you just can't have the sauces.~Joy

Re: Seafood?
Saw this one a bit too late....watch out because a lot of oriental take out places use imitation crab or lobster, which are definately full of sugar! The one my family goes to has a little bar with a huge circular flat stove and the have different containers full of frozen chipped meat, and raw veggies, and different oils, soy sauce, lemon oil, lemon water, and the cook it for your right there. I've had that a couple times and it was really filling.
I'm sorry I didn't catch your post earlier, hope you made out alright!
