So far I have lost 12 pounds, but I don't think I want to go quit induction yet. I still have a good 82lbs to lose. But I'm really happy that I'm actually losing weight instead of gaining. Now if I can just get myself to go to the gym more life would be perfect.

Re: 12lbs lost during 14 day induction.
So staying on induction for another couple weeks wouldn't be as good as moving to OWL? I have a ton of weight to lose, so I will do whatever would be best.M/23yrs

Re: 12lbs lost during 14 day induction.
Induction is just a kick start for your body and a way to lose a lot fast (for most). But even staying on induction will not guarantee you that same type of rapid loss. In fact losing 12 lbs in two weeks probably isnt going to happen again even on extended induction. Plus it is just not healthy to lose too fast. If you move on to OWL you will get to eat more veggies and start to gradually add in more foods and that means more variety. Most people lose just as well if not better than on induction.
