  • unsweetened cooking cocoa?

    hi all
just a quick question about cocoa.

would a tsp of unsweetened cocoa with hot water, tablespoon of cream and sweetner be allowed during induction?
would it be likely to cause a stall?

    Re: unsweetened cooking cocoa?

Many people count unsweetened cocoa powder as a spice and according to the list of allowed foods
    Spices
All spices to taste, but make sure none contain added sugar
, so one teaspoon in a day would be allowed. For larger quantities wait till you reach the nuts/seeds rung of OWL.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Just a word of advice....becareful for cravings.
If I make clouds (usually half batch vanilla and half chocolate)....I find I am craving things. Come to think of it...thats the whole reason I make them in the first place.
      Enjoy your hot cocoa!!!
