  • On to Extended Induction!

    Well guys and dolls, its been great here! I'm moving onto Extended Induction for 2 weeks, then I will see where the road takes me from there. I'm still sitting at 205, I think a 10lb loss during induction was great. Thanks for all your support and I will stop by often to see whats hopping here!!
