what is the deal with me? you would think that after losing 20lbs in 6 weeks in july that i would stick with this way of eating! i am a school teacher and i will admit that when i get stressed i want to eat. walking into the lunchroom is a big mistake when you are trying to eat better! well i am back and i have gained 7 lbs of ugly fat. you think i would pull my head out and realize that this program works!!!!!

Come on over to the Second Time Around Club (so affectionately known as STACer's) Come on over to our forum, and we'll see what we can do to help you! Congrats on coming back before it got to out of hand, that's exactly what I did and things couldn't be going better right now!!

IF you didn't go through the Phases of Atkins (Induction, On-Going Weight Loss and Pre-Maintenance), you might want to consider doing the diet as Dr. Atkins recommended this time around.
Many people blow off going through those phases because they don't think they need to. Unfortunately for them, those phases are important to help us keep the weight off when we reach goal.

Welcome back to your ADBB family
As to the lunchroom temptations, remember that failing to plan is planning to fail, so make sure you have your legal food with you. Maybe choose and prepare extra-luxurious food so you can be envied by everyone else instead of tempted by their boring old food!
