  • Eating over 20 carbs?

My understanding of induction is that it takes two days to get into fat burning mode and if you screw up after that, you have to start all over again.

Well tonight I thought I would try some of the ideas on the recipe boards and I think that I probably went a little overboard. After making three different things, I had to try all three different things and they all either had cheese or cream cheese all of which contain carbs. I'm pretty sure with that I went over my 20 carb limit. Does that mean I have to start my induction all over again because I bumped myself out of the fat burning mode?

No No No, just be very careful and watch your carb intake. Re-starting induction would be like the result of eating a doughnut, or a piece of candy or something like that. You'll be fine, just be careful going forward...
