I know I can post in the second time around club, but I have decided to start my Atkins journey again. I started last year but only lasted a couple of weeks
I then went back on to the GI Diet, but I think my body has maybe got used to this way of eating and I am no longer losing much weight.
I am getting married in August in Walt Disney World and I have to lose weight, not only for my health, but also my appearance
I plan on getting all my Atkins food this weekend. I really struggle with what to eat for lunch though, I really think this is my downfall, can anyone suggest anything?
