    Re: Celery question?

don't eat it if you hate it, but if you still want to try to eat it, even though you don't like it, you can use cream cheese, or dip it in blue cheese or ranch dressing. just remember to count the carbs.

I spread celery sticks with pate! Delish!!

Sometimes I have chopped celery in mayonnaise as a snack too.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

                Re: Celery question?

I use celery for a "dipper" for my tuna or chicken salad. I also put cream cheese on it and sometimes I will lay a stick of string cheese in it and eat. I have to admit....it is the best with peanut butter on it and it has taken me a long time to do without that. My bod can't tolerate p butter without a gain! So, so, so sad! Eat it up, though. It has lotsa fiber and hardly any cals.

Cream cheese and green olives. Sounds yucky, I know, but give it a try. Just remember to count everything.
