  • Day 9 and I'm having good success!

    I'm finally getting the hang of this now and I'm doing great. I'm down 9 pounds and I'm feeling so much better. I went out this weekend and was able to eat foods to continue my success. I did have one slip up...I had 1 cinna stick from pizza hut...my little man had them and before I knew it I ate it. I felt physically terrible all the ride home. I have no idea what I was thinking.

    I'm going to start exercising this week...my goal is at least 30 minutes a day on the treadmill and weighs and situp. My husband said he could see a change in me already...that made me feel awesome. Anyway...just sharing my success and dumb mistake. Hope you all have a super week!

    OH..one more question...I think I want to do another 14 day induction...is it just doing the same for 14 more days? Anything else I need to know?

    Well done on your excellent progress!!

    Yes extended induction is just more of the same...stick to the same allowed foods and 20g carb allowance! You can't start adding in anymore carbs until you move onto OWL. I'm quite happy with my foods on induction at the moment and I'm getting a steady weight loss...nothing dramatic just a steady few pounds a week!
