I'm finally getting the hang of this now and I'm doing great. I'm down 9 pounds and I'm feeling so much better. I went out this weekend and was able to eat foods to continue my success. I did have one slip up...I had 1 cinna stick from pizza hut...my little man had them and before I knew it I ate it. I felt physically terrible all the ride home.
I have no idea what I was thinking.
I'm going to start exercising this week...my goal is at least 30 minutes a day on the treadmill and weighs and situp.
My husband said he could see a change in me already...that made me feel awesome.
Anyway...just sharing my success and dumb mistake. Hope you all have a super week!
OH..one more question...I think I want to do another 14 day induction...is it just doing the same for 14 more days? Anything else I need to know?
