My wife and I are starting Atkins and bought these Jimmy Dean Hot Sausages. They are the patty type roll. The nutritional info states 0 carbs, but a sideline states less than 2% sugar. I have read the book but need the advise of experienced advisors. Are these OK for induction or not. Thanks in advance.

Re: Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage. Help?
It's probably okay, as long as you eat the serving size listed on the package. If you eat more than that serving, I would count it as 1 net carb per serving.Originally posted by mrmabryMy wife and I are starting Atkins and bought these Jimmy Dean Hot Sausages.
