    Lemon - ok/not ok?

Snacks that you can buy at the store?

Foods that are staples in the house to have?

Any drinks that are ok to have besides water in a store?

    My favorite induction snacks:
pepperoni with melted mozzarella (some people have problems with processed meats, be careful!)
    cheesesticks
grilled chicken tenders and ranch dressing OR hot sauce
celery with ranch or sour cream dip (homemade)
    olives
jicama (cut into cubes, eaten raw)
    bell pepper slices
    homemade beef jerky

    Induction food staples: (my favorites!)
    string beans
    bell peppers
    cauliflower
    broccoli
    jicama
    cheesesticks
    cream cheese
    heavy cream
    EGGS!!!
    bacon
    sausage
    boneless chicken breasts or tenders
    ground beef
    salad mixes

I basically only drink water. Lemon is OK, but you're limited to 1 tbsp of lemon juice per day. I put a slice in my nalgene bottle each day, and it really makes my water tasty!

      and read THE BOOK

Good luck - it does work, but you must do it by the book.
Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
      he said, 'Don't count calories.'
