I am making my shopping list for later today and I found this gravy's nutritional information online, it says zero carbs and zero sugars for 1/4 cup...so the big question is if this is allowed during induction?

I looked online and couldnt find a list of ingredients for this, only the nutrition info which as you said claimed no carbs for 1/4 cup, so I imagine it would be fine.
Just to make sure check the actual ingredients on the packet before you buy it to be certain it contains no 'illegal' ingredients.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
