So I'm on my 10th day of induction and I have lost 7 pounds so far.
I feel good and although I haven't lost a lot so far I feel my clothes fitting looser. However I was lazy with the first week of induction in that I did not make time to work out like I should have. I was busy with meetings and starting a new business so I had a hard time. I think I only worked out 1 day. So just yesterday I went to Kickboxing class and while doing some drills I twisted my ankle pretty bad so now I can't work out. If I'm off of working out for a week or two my question is will I still loose weight if I follow the strict atkins diet? I guess I was surprised to loose 7 pounds with just atkins diet alone but now that I was all excited to work out I twist my darn ankle...ugh! So just wondering if I will see progress in my weight loss goals while my ankle heals.
