    I just read that link, it was really funny!

    Magnesium citrate...do you have to drink the entire bottle for it to work?

    What's the difference between MC and a laxative...do laxatives only speed up your digestives (intestinal) while the MC softens what is already there?

      Good luck. I was going to suggest the same thing. Everybody has a diet that's right for them, and if you suffer from severe constipation, maybe this just isn't the best plan for you. Keep us posted.
      I'm 26 years old, and I lost weight on this plan in 2005. I'm getting married in August and thought this would be the way to go after making little progress on other diets. I've got 20 lbs to lose for the big day!
