Can anyone help with tips on eating out; not at resturants. I know to order meat/fish with vegs, but sometimes I am out and only have time to go to convenience store or similar. What do you get at these places? I got a small salad today, but it wasn't enough.
Until I started induction, I never realized how many carbs I was consuming with potatoes, bread, starches, etc... Although I am disciplined, it is tough to eat just meat and vegs with lunch or dinner everyday. EVERYTHING else I used to eat (and I mean everything) is off limits on Atkins.
