So I got the book last night, the Atkins New diet revolution one the board goes off. I’ve been reading it like crazy... I’m on day 4 but have NOT being doing what I was meant to. Like no soda, yesterday was the first day I didn’t drink any. Yesterday I measured my food, but really had to much veggies now that I’ve read the book I realize this. I was eating until semi full.
So my question is, am I really at day 4. Should I count today as day 1 since I didn’t know I was doing it wrong? I also brought the Atkins journal too, it goes by day and week. I don’t want to start it at day 4 knowing I was doing it wrong. It really wouldn’t be a fair assessment at the end of the 2 weeks knowing I was doing it wrong for past 3 days.
So what would you do? Should I count today as day 1? Now that i know what Im really doing and need to count stuff and NO soda..
