I have been back on atkins for the second time around this past week and the scale hasnt moved. I was wondering if the salad i am eating may be stalling me?? It includes reg and green romaine, red and green oak leaf, lollo rosa, tango, red and green chard, mizuna, arugula, frisee , and radicchio.....im not sure about some of them...i know the chard, romain, radicchio are ok but does anyone have any clue about the rest????? Also some days i ate more then 2-3 oz of cheese but took in less than normal intake of carbs. I also have been drinkin coffee which did not hinder my weight loss the first time around. Any help would be greatly appricated!!!!

Re: Spring Mix Salad on Induction?
The different leafy salads are all fine as far as I know - in fact they might be better for you than the paler leafed 'normal' lettuce due to their different mineral/vitamin content.
How much of it are you eating?
I noticed you say you have been 'back on Atkins' this week - what was your starting weight when you started? I assume your start weight in your signature was for when you were on Atkins the first time? how long ago was that? Were you following a 'loose' lowcarb WOE between then and now or did you fall heavily off the Atkins wagon and revert to a highcarb junk food 'diet' for months?
Remember that on the first 14 days of induction we expect to lose between 5% and 10% of our total hoped-for loss. If you started at 155 hoping to get down to 140 that would mean that a loss of between 3/4 to 1.5 pounds in the whole 14 days would be on target for you!!
Maybe listing your recent menus including quantities in the 'Review my Menu' forum would help others look for any problem foods?Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: Spring Mix Salad on Induction?
The first time around i started at 175....my true weight i believe i was 150 at the end but on good days i could have been as low as 145. I continued to be on a low carb WOE for about 1 year. I was always CLAIMING i was on atkins but never measuring or staying within the guidelines( such as eating over 3 oz of cheese a day). I had a few days sometimes even maybe a week or so where i would eat nachos and taco bell and such. I decided that if i am still claiming to be low carb i might as well stop being depressed over my weight and buckle down and do it the right way. My stats are not accurate i am now 155 would like to get to 135-140 depending on how i look and feel when that time comes. I have lost a lot of motovation and support and i think that just by getting up 1/2 hr early every day to get on ADBB might make a huge difference!!! Also i think i have been stalled by drinking Crystal Light which i just found out was bad. Thanks for the info on the salad......i eat 2 or 3 cups of it a day! I get a big tub of it from costco and i love it sooo much!!!
