  • One Week in and...

    Today is the one week mark of being on Atkins clean induction and I'm entirely amazed and proud to annonuce a


    14 pound loss


    Thanks to everyone here for their answers and support during the past week. I'm going to be here for a long time because there is no way I'm quitting when great things are happening to my body.

    On to week two...and then to extended induction

    I'm on day 8 and have a 9lb loss. Feeling great btw.

          WOW thats great, I hope I have that much lose at week one too. Today is day 5 for me, I was at 4 lbs at day 4. Im trying to keep away from the scales until day 7 on Thursday.
