  • Induction over - 17 lbs gone

    Hi everyone

Just wanted to tell other people who understand Atkins about my induction weight loss. This morning marks two weeks of induction for my husband and I. He lost 15 lbs and I lost 17lbs.

Thanks to everyone who posts on these boards for the great inspiration, tips, and recipes.

17 pounds - wow! So, would this be a dress size or so? At the very least, your clothes must be looser. So exciting!

Re: Induction over - 17 lbs gone

Thanks everyone for the congrats! It feels great.

My husband's jeans that were cutting off his circulation (he refused to buy the next size up) are now loose on him. He started at 211 and now weighs 196. I'm not wearing the pants I was wearing two weeks ago - started at 167, now 150. I can notice a huge difference in our faces too.

It is wonderful to be doing Atkins together. We are very competitive, so we actually had a little weight loss challenge going.

                        Sheila - you look great!
