okay, so i know this might be a stupid question but here goes--- i have been eating prepared bags of lettuce from the store (usually fresh express or dole). i just noticed today that these bags contain sugar, even the one that is called "just lettuce". does sugar occur naturally in lettuce? is this kind of lettuce okay?
also, the book says you can have oil and vinegar with spices, or salad dressing with less than 2 grams of carbs/ tsp. is good seasons italian mix okay? you know, the kind that comes in the envelope that you mix with oil, water, and vinegar. the package says it has <1 gram of sugar per 2 tbsp. i love this dressing and i'm hoping it's okay. thanks for the input.
