I am on the third day and so far I ate this today.
- Omlett (1 egg) with 1 filet of salmon fried in butter. 1 cup Ruccola with it.
- 3 thin slices red meat with bacon wrapt in it & 2 tsp onions fried in butter, 4 tbsp heavy cream on it and 1 cup broccoli.
It was delicious BUT I am still so hungry... Feel like I could eat it one more time
What can I do? May I eat it one more time if I take away the broccoli and the onions? What about the amount of cream? I feel like I am missing the carbs (like noodles or potatos) that my family had with it, as they fill your stomach so well... I am not really craving it in a way that my bloodsocker is low, it is more this empty feeling in my stomach!
Pls help, I am so new on this and don't want to fall of the wagon.
