Do they have a website where you can look at the menus and work out what is induction-friendly? Or you could phone or email them for information to help you decide what to choose.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

      Re: red lobster help.

My sister-in-law works at Red Lobster. She is on Atkins, and eats a lot of her meals there. She told me the Ranch dressing they serve has only 2g carbs. You are wise to be concerned about that - Ranch dressings can vary all the way up to 9 g . I used to carry little packets with me that I got at a restaurant supply store, but I don't worry about that any more now that I am at a much higher carb level than Induction.

Their salad is fine, although I think it does have carrots, so ask them to leave those out, and ditto on the vegetable medley. Seafood is quite induction friendly, as long as you choose wisely - no breadings, stuffings, pastas, sauces or the like. The shrimp scampi is fine, as would be crab legs or lobster tail. No crab cakes though, they have lots of filler. All the broiled fish is fine. If you must have a dip, then use tartar sauce and not cocktail.

It might be wise to ask the waitress not to bring those garlic biscuits out!

      Happy Birthday!

          Re: red lobster help.

          I usually get this:

side caesar salad (no croutons of course)
the combo of the Aztec Chicken & Shrimp Scampi (I think that's what they call the chicken) w/ mixed vegetables.

It works out real well. You just gotta be real careful to avoid those cheesy biscuits ( my weakness!) Happy birthday and good luck!
