I have finished one week of induction and have lost 8lbs. My energy level has gone up significantly and my cravings have gone down. I am drinking around 3 quarts of water per day and turning myself into a pee factory. I have been strict about my menus and started a fitday account that has really helped me manage my carb count. My Calorie average is 67% from fat, 30% from protien, and 2% from carbs. I look forward to the challenges of week number 2 of induction. I have not had a alcoholic beverage all week and I look forward to a nice glass of McAllen 21 year old scotch in a couple of weeks. I enjoy reading all the helpful threads on this forum from those who have more experience than I do at the Atkins lifestyle. Talk to you all later, I gotta use the restroom again!
