    largest I've ever been.

    Ug..... Just measured myself.... 40.5" ......

    I've never been larger than 40" waist. Ug....... I was down to 34" the last time I was on Atkins..... but I screwed it up.

    Ok.... seriously this time.... going to solve this problem once and for all.

    First step..... < 40" waist..

    !!!
