Hi Everyone!
I have been strictly following the induction rules... except once when I accepted a tiny piece of chocolate from a colleague.
Well... one week is over and the scale shows about 4 pounds gone as of day 4 but I am not weighing again because its my TOM and I know I wil show an increase! But I just wanted to encourage you all and tell you that just before I started Atkins last weekend I bought a new pair of pants for work and I remember thinking that I should maybe leave them because they were so tight at the hips and butt... And today - they are falling! Really. Really dropping far below where they should be and I need a belt! Woohoo!! Nice. Hey people lets really stick to this. Its wonderful. And yes, my energy levels are def way up despite the stress at work.
PS I also run for about 20 - 25 mins at least 5 times a week
