  • Day 6

Goodmorning Everyone! Im happy to finally say that the induction flu is OVER! yes OVER! No more constant headaches (maybe 1 or 2 small ones during the day), no more lots of "soft bowels", no more feeling very hungry. I still have a strong sense of smell, but its getting better, and my taste buds are quite strong as well, Still cant stand the taste or smell of chicken tho , I told my bf that this wol could make me go vegatarian or something haha. But anyways I just wanted to share the news, I havent weighed yet, weigh in day is on tuesday, So im crossing my fingers for good news.

Also anyone who is afraid to try the mock danish, DO IT, ITS SO TASTY! And I hate eggs, and couldnt even taste it!

      Good for you, Courtney
      Keep up the good work!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
