    I am re-starting induction tomorrow.....

Just a few things I learned from round 1:

*Avoid diet pop/artificial sweetners-I think this really slows you down, personally I'm planning on avoiding Splenda even.
*Count carbs! -I don't pay enough attention to how many carbs I am consuming, just focusing more on eating the right foods(which is important) but I also need to pay more attention to weather I am staying within my 20 carbs
    *Stay hydrated-drink my water!!!
*Plan ahead-it helps tremedously to plan ahead. Plan what I will be eating the next say, hard-boil eggs, cut up veggies, cook chicken breasts. etc.

****Journal, post, and ask questions on message boards!!!!!!!!

        Great planning
It looks as if you are on the way to becoming a big loser!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
