I start my induction tomorrow! I've just recieved the Dr Atkins Revolution book, and I really cant wait to start! Wish me luck guys !!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Good luck everyone on you new start,but why not start this minute.Why do I see so many saying I'm gonna start tomarrow? I had that attitude for yrs and I've been the same heavy weight for yrs.Those tomorrows turn in to years! Take action now in the moment and stay with it.
