  • Restating Again!!!

Hi, earlier during the year, I did the induction and dropped some poundage. I felt good, I even extended the induction. I fell off the wagon, HARD. How can I stay motivated? I don't have a problem with the induction food. They only thing I miss is having dairy. I started step aerobics a few weeks ago and added extra reps to my strength training. It's not what I'm eating it's what I'm drinking. I know that I drink too much over the weekends. So wish me luck when I restart again. I'm going to try to do all the rungs, etc. WISH ME LUCK! I'll let you know when day one starts again for the 100000000000th time. Thanks for reading.

One good note, I haven't gained back what I lost. So that's a plus.

    Re: Restating Again!!!

    Hey Foojoy! Welcome back!
I stay motivated by looking at an old photo. Im taking a picture every month to see how far I came, so I can glance at them when I feel quiting. Perhaps keep a pair of skinny jeans or dress in your dresser drawer . I have a pair of jeans a few sizes too small that kicks my butt in gear when I dont feel like working out.

I also come here to get great motivation, recipes, and a push in the right direction. I think you have to work for anything worth having, our health is no different. Goodluck!

Foojoy glad to hear you restarting the program. I am restarting again after being pregnant. I am in my 2nd day of induction and boy am I having cravings; however, everytime I think of a food that is not on the induction list I just try to remember my ultimate goal...and that I am not going to let myself down.

I agree with you all a good motivation is of course looking at some clothes that you want to get it. And do what I am doing now I am craving therefore I am blogging at the sametime to get my mind off of the cravings.
